Mercury Phapar ko Pitho

Fapar is the typical crop of Nepal. Fapar (buckwheat) is grown in hilly and high hilly areas of country. Despite the name, buckwheat isn’t related to wheat and is naturally gluten free. Use buckwheat flour for making delicious buckwheat pancakes (Fapar ko Roti), Dhindo and many other delicacies. Dhindo is our typical nepali food. Now a days dhindo made from buckwheat flour has been a fancy food in many restaurants and hotels.
